We are an organized, local non-profit organization whose purpose is providing fraternity, education, recreation, and service opportunities for our members. Our club is family oriented and we welcome all four-wheel vehicles ranging from stock to full rock buggies. Our wonderful members are great at teamwork and enjoy encouraging and teaching newcomers the sport of four-wheeling. It is always our goal to help each other through every trail we run and to be prepared for those inevitable instances of breakdowns. The UPIG are members of the CoA4WDCI, United, Blue Ribbon Coalition, and COHVCO allowing us even more involvement in preserving our Colorado trails. We are proud of our adopted trail, Chinaman Gulch near Buena Vista, and encourage other clubs to come wheel it with us! As a club, we enjoy everything from beautiful scenic trails to hard core trails, local as well as out of state adventures, and everything from sunny days to snow days.

Our club meetings are held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 6:30 and are held at various locations in our area. Please contact us if you would like more information or want to join us on a run.

Rocky Mountain 4WD Club is a non-profit organization, placing its interest in the safe recreational use of the four-wheel drive vehicles, since 1970. Our trips are primarily daytime trips with at least one run a month in the summer and winter trips as weather and trail conditions allow. The club is family oriented and enjoys both scenic and challenging four-wheel drive trails. As a club, we are involved in the Adopt-A-Trail program and maintain the Hackett Gulch road.

The Rocky Mountain 4WD Club meets the second Wednesday of each month at TGI Friday's Restaurant, 7061 Commerce Center Drive at 7:00 p.m., in Colorado Springs, CO.

2014 president is Dave Welch. Please contact us at:

The Ridge Runners is a family-oriented four-wheel club that loves adventure. We are located in Southern Colorado, just a short drive away from some of Colorado's best trails and most breathtaking scenery.

On Our website site you will find some of our favorite trails, find out a little about our members and even view our calendar and upcoming trail runs.

Our current membership is a mix of well built 4x4's. We also have members planning, building or dreaming up their future projects. Our common bond is being 4 wheel drive enthusiast's! We try to keep things exciting by hitting the more difficult trails in places such as Penrose, Montrose and Moab. Our attitude is 'Bigger the rocks the better'!

Colorado Springs Christian 4 Wheelers, Inc., exists as a club to allow for wonderful times together in off-road activities with fellow believers. The association began in the spring of 1993. Our philosophy includes the belief that we are to invite our neighbors and co-workers to join with us in any of our events so that we are involved intentionally in reaching out to other members of our community.

As Christians we desire to always uphold the law in regards to such things as: obeying the speed limit, staying clear of no trespassing or posted areas, staying on the trail when so marked, packing it in and packing it all out, adhering to the national Tread Lightly program and state organization of 4WD clubs, etc.

Our desire is to help each other and our fellow man at all times. We want to be model off-roaders. God has created a mighty work of art in the Rocky Mountains. Every Christian needs to be balanced in life with his spiritual self, his family, his work, and his recreational activities.

Micah 4:2 says, "Come, let us go up to the mountains." We all need times of refreshing; the mountains, streams, and wooded hills remind us of the promises of God and of how faithfully He provides. Let's go up -- and see it, hear it, breathe it in, and most of all, feel it and experience it. Who knows? It may help change you forever!
