CoA4WDCi Club Of The Year

1. A club in good standing of the Colorado Association of Four Wheel Drive Clubs, Inc. can be nominated for Club of the Year.
2. Nominations for Club of the Year shall be submitted in writing to the Secretary before the deadline for the September newsletter (fourth quarterly meeting) explaining the reasons why this club is being nominated. The nominations shall be published in the September newsletter and read at the fourth quarterly meeting.
3. Voting shall be done at the fourth quarterly meeting by secret ballot to be counted by two non voting members, with the ballots to be destroyed upon the club being named.
4. The club receiving the award of Club of the Year shall bring the plaque/trophy to all quarterly meetings for that year to be displayed.
